Return Policy

RETURNS

NON-HAIR PRODUCTS

If aren't satisfied with your purchase of a Non-Hair Product(s) , you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt, packing slip or invoice.

Please note that final sale items, gift cards, lingerie and swimwear are non-refundable. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

 

RETURNING A NON- HAIR PRODUCT ORDER

1. Return Using Prepaid Shipping Label

To place a return, fill out the contact us form here with complete order details and your return shipping address. Returns are charged a flat rate of $7. 

2. Return Using Carrier of Your Choice

You're welcome to use your preferred carrier at your own cost. However, Dream Glam recommends insuring the package for the full value and selecting a carrier that provides a tracking number so you can monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot accept C.O.D. Pack the item(s) as above, using your own label, and return to:

RETURN INFORMATION FOR HAIR PRODUCTS

Lace Wigs, Hair Extensions, Hair Care, beauty supply, and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please choose carefully before making your purchase. All details of our lace wigs are shown in our photos. If you have questions about a lace wig or product, please contact us before making your purchase.

The only time we will offer an exchange or store credit is when an error has been made on our part. If this is the case, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) of receipt of your unit.

We do not accept returns on wigs or hair extensions that have been altered in anyway. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Please DO NOT Cut, Tear, Dye or Alter the Lace on the Wig
Please DO NOT Put any Tape or Glue on the Wig
Please DO NOT Put any hair products or chemicals, dye, etc. on the Wig
Please DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
Please DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Wig
Please DO NOT WEAR the Wig
Please DO NOT destroy the original packaging.

If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS!  

 

Shipping Information
We offer FREE standard shipping 2-6 business days on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock 
Availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. Once shipped, 
Orders arrive within the standard USPS time frame.
 

Shipping Delays
 We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or
Carrier delays, please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and 
should be considered when calculating shipping times.

 

Stock/Custom Order Cancellation Fees
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery,
Or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order: there will be a 40% cancellation/re-stocking fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Custom order rush fees are non-refundable.

 

Back Orders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist.
We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by Email with estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us. 

 

Custom Orders
If you custom order a lace wig please allow 4 – 6 weeks. Rush service 3 weeks may be available for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.  

 

Repair Orders
If you send in your lace wig for repairs you are responsible for the repair fee plus shipping & handling.
