Silver VIP Rewards Program FAQ


How do I become a member of the Silver Member VIP Program?
You can sign up online by registering for an Account.  If you've already registered an account, all you need to do is login to access your Account.

Does it cost anything to become a member?
Yes. Membership is only $20! 

How do I change my contact information?
Sign in at 
My Account
. Once logged in, you can add or update your contact information.

Will my membership information be shared with other companies?
Absolutely not! We do not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties.


How do I earn points?
You'll earn 1 point for nearly every $1 you spend . You can earn points even faster for certain advertised behaviors, such as picture testimonials, etc. From time to time, you can also earn additional points through our special promotions.

When can I begin to earn points? 

Register for a VIP shoppers account, you will automatically start accumulating points from your purchases made after your have purchased your VIP membership.  Remember you must be logged in to accumulate points.

You will receive weekly point balance sent to your email or SMS Cell Phone.  You will receive a Monthly Invoice email with your points and account activity.

When are my points posted to my account?
Points are posted approximately 2-7 days after the date of your transaction and are not eligible for use until you have reached 5,000
points (minimum) for $100 Cash Rewards.

What happens to my points when I return an item?
Any points you earned for your returned purchase will be deducted from your account.


How can I use reward coupons?
Reward couponse are issued once you have accumulated enough points to redeem from. Coupons can be used toward any qualifying product or service in our store.

Can I save up my points for larger rewards?
Yes. You do not have to redeem your points.  You can accumulate them. The expiration date is good for 12 Months! 

How are Reward Coupons issued?
You will receive your reward coupons by email once you reach 5,000 points..

How do I make sure that I receive all of my Member benefits?
You must first register for a shoppers account, registering a valid email address and contact information. When you shop online, make sure to login while shopping to receive credit for your purchases.
